ng in the people and the cultures around me.
I would much enjoy sailing across the ocean and being completely away from humanity. But I'd also love to just stand amongst a busy crowd and enjoy soaki

When clint found out I can blog from my phone, he pulled out his phone and said "wow, I'm tweeting that". Technology these days.
.

Yes, And I had thought I'd bonded best with mrs. Della. :-)

that day. I spoke loudly saying with a sad face, "today is my last day here Della". She looked up at me and replied "you work here?... That's wonderful!"
My last day at work I went into my very favorite old lady's room to say goodbye. She is hard of hearing but her hearing aid was working relatively well

News Lately

So Clint and I are moving to Cedar City which I am totally stoked about! Basically we had never talked tooo much about moving and going to school there until after we went to the temple a few weeks ago.  After we finished up an endowment session we were just heading out when we felt prompted that we needed to move.  So we started looking into it and found out that Clint can graduate a whole two semesters sooner down at SUU than he can at Weber State.  Who wouldn't wanna graduate that much sooner if given the choice!? So that decided it, and now everything is just falling into place! He got accepted, got a job, found an apartment! Now we just need me to find a job and we are all set to move in August! Sad to leave Davis County which I LOVE, but super excited for this new adventure :)

So when we told our current landlords that we will be moving we agreed to let them show our apartment to curious renters.  Welll... we have this gorgeous little kitten named Koa and technically our aparmtent has a NO Pets Allowed policy.. So before anyone could come see Koa illegaly there we moved him down to Cedar early.  He is now staying at my sister-in-laws house down there.  We miss him so much.  When we went to drop him off we also spent some time apartment searching and we didn't want to have to hide the fact that we had a kitten so we decided to look for places that allow pets.  Then we decided if we were going to pay soooo much for a stupid pet deposit, then we better get some more pets such as a puppy! As we were leaving Cedar to come back up north we stopped at the local walmart and as luck or fate or destiny would have it; there was a lady sitting there with a baby playpen full of thee cutest little puppies that she was giving out for FREE!  Now we were a little impulsive... but we just couldn't not get one, not after we had been talking sooo much about how we want a puppy! So we picked one out and brought him home up north! We couldn't get a hold of my folks to ask permission to keep him at their house for the month of July till we moved but my little Brother Kaleb said he'd vouch for us.  My parents were in Vegas with friends and when they finally called us back and we already had the puppy they were pissed to say the least!! The whole next two days of their vacation they kept calling us telling us why we couldn't keep the puppy there.  But truth was, we had no where else to keep him! And when they finally came home and saw him for the first time my mom said 'awe he looks so innocent' .  And then they fell in love with him and so did their dog Milo.  Now they will be sad to see him move away!

BTW this puppy is a mix between border collie/Lab/Shepherd/Retriever.  He will be a pretty big guy here soon :) He is a little chubbster and happy as can be! He is SUPER cuddly and his face looks just like a lab.  We named him Cee Lo! After Cee lo Green cuz he has dark/mostly black fur, short little legs and a big round belly! And we love cee lo green haha.

Well I am sure loving summer.  Clint and I have lagoon passes (i kno, we are like little kids) We have so much fun there going from ride to ride.  We also love going to lagoona beach and last week we went with one of my best friends from high school and her little brother.  We went down our favorite slide about 10 times in a row!

OKAY SORRY THIS IS ALL QUITE BORING STUFF.  I AM LEADING INTO WHAT MY BLOG IS GOING TO BE ABOUT HERE SOON.  THINK OF EVERYTHING I WRITE AS JUST ME GETTING USED TO THIS WEBSITE.  I HAVE COME TO REALIZE THAT I HAVE A VERY INTERESTING PAST AND THATS WHAT I WANT TO WRITE ABOUT IN THIS BLOG.  STUPID SILLY STUFF THAT HAS HAPPENED IN MY PAST.  BOYS/DRAMA/HIGH SCHOOL/VACATIONS. EVERYTHING CRAZY THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME.  AND I WANT TO DO THIS BECAUSE I NEVER KEPT A JOURNALY (HARDLY) THROUGHOUT MY TEENAGE YEARS AND NOW I WANT TO WRITE EVERYTHING I REMEMBER NOW.  SO STAY TUNED AND ALL THE GOOD STUFF WILL BE COMING SOON :):) I PROMISE!!

Testing

He tells stories, and she writes verse

She still remembers the magic and the mystery that her father could create with words.  To her, words are enchanting and ambiguous.  The ability to describe not only the tangible and outside world, but also the imaginative fictional world seems like a divine gift only a deity truly deserves.

Sidestep Snogging
If you were to find yourself face to face with someone who wished to slap their chops all over you, is it impolite to reject them?  The answer, of course, is no.  This isn’t about the denial though; it is about the method of refusal.  If you are one who wishes to learn the proper tactics to veto a snogging session, then please continue reading. If you feel you already posses the suitable knowledge to decline a kiss then you may put this paper down for there is no reason to continue reading further except to refresh your memory.  The trick is simply not to get into a kissing position in the first place.
By kissing position, I’m not talking just how close in proximity your face is to theirs, but also the mood, environment and the time spent with this non-“significant” other.  Now I understand these aren’t always simple things to avoid.  For example, say you were asked to a high school dance by Sam (Sam can be a boy or girl, whichever fits your case).  Already the mood has probably been set; this is a date, you are dressed up and Sam most likely has special feelings for you.  After the dance you may be forced to an “after dance activity” such as a movie.  Therefore on top of the romantic mood that only Sam is feeling, now you are obligated to be in the dark, sitting too close, for the next two hours.
If you are stuck in this position, then first of all, I am so sorry.  Second, understand that it is not your fault and there are ways to avoid the seemingly inevitable lip smacking experience.  Step one: DO NOT CUDDLE.  This will give off the completely incorrect and dishonest appearance that you are floating in the pink clouds above with Sam.  Step two: Keep your eyes on the screen and your mouth closed.  Do not allow yourself the pleasure of conversation with Sam.  Conversation will lead to giggling, batting of eyes and eventually snogging.  I say keep your eyes on the screen because if your eyes were to wander aimlessly around the room, Sam may think you are bored and proclaim something to the effect of, “Let’s get out of here and go somewhere more private” (A.K.A. somewhere to make out).
Other than experiences, like with Sam where the mood, environment, and time are practically preordained, it is all a matter of self control to avoid the kissing position.  When you are asked whether you would rather go on a single date to a romantic dinner and movie, or go to a party where large quantities of people are gathered, choose the wiser.  It is ALWAYS better to be in groups then alone.  Now sometimes kissing positions are unforeseeable.  They sneak up on you like a cheetah stalking a gazelle and pounce!
In these instances to kiss or not to kiss may seem like a matter of life or death.  You may just be chilling having a good time and suddenly two hands grab you about the waste, spin you around, dip you down and someone’s two lips make a “B” line for your two lips; try not to panic.  You have a choice; let fate take its course, or grab hold of fates reigns, turn your cheek and deny them!  But if you choose the path of rejection, be prepared for red faces, an awkward silence and possibly some harsh words.
If you choke, and are unable to steer fate, well then you better hope you had some chap stick and a freshly brushed mouth, because it looks like you are in for an inescapable snogging session. It’s alright though, kissing happens every day.  Just let it transpire and if it was a bad as you expected, end it with a stinging slap to their face.

Pattern Quilt

My heart has many paths
written down by feet.
Often they cross cross
and meet again,
seperate and complete.
Some are scitter scattered,
and some look polka dot,
but every step's left
an impression
to leave no empty spot.
And the feet that wrote the patterns
belong to those I've met,
on my path through other hearts
where my steps are forever set.
As my path meets someone elses,
in turn their path meets mine,
which means the path their writting
will write on me for a time.
And so their footprints add into
the writting on my heart,
and perchance on their path through me,
new pathways they will start.
And while their on a path through me,
I'm on a path through them,
meeting people that they know,
and exchanging pathways then.
In the end if you sewed every heart
into a pattern quilt,
you'd see we're all connected
from every stepping path we've built.

Edge

There I am.
Gripping the edge.
Can't see below.
But you say there's a ledge.
Trust me you say.
Just let go.
But I can't see it
and I don't know.
I ask what if the ledge ain't there?
The drop is far and I am scared.
You'll not fall far,
it's right below you.
It cought me,
It'll catch you too.
So I let go.
And I start to fly.
There is no ledge.
And so I die

Liar

Liar

If you are a friend,
Come in.
We will take your rancor
And weave and spin.
We will sit by a fire
And tell of a liar.
Who was a friend,

If you are a helper,
Come in.
We will take your hindering
And weave and spin.
We will sit by a fire
And tell of a liar.
Who was a collaborator,

How do i do this

Truth is, I love to write.  Problem is, I have THEE hardest time organizing my thoughts enough to write anything halfway decent.  My only promise is to try :)

In starting this blog I keep thinking to myself, what can I write on here that could be at all interesting to anyone in order to have someone read my blog.  But I guess it doesn't matter if anyone reads this! I think I am going to start this blog just as a way to get thoughts, feelings, memories, dreams, ect out of my head and written down.

So if you are reading this I hope I can provide a few good stories or insights and we will take it one day at a time!
